1. Policy Overview
We always prioritize our customers’ shopping experience and strictly comply with local consumer protection laws in our major sales regions, including the European Union. For the vast majority of physical goods, customers are entitled to a 30-day hassle-free return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. All return, exchange, and refund processes are handled with fairness, transparency, and efficiency.
2. Return Eligibility & Time Limit
Return Window: Customers are entitled to apply for returns within 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery. Return applications submitted beyond 30 days will not be accepted without official proof of product quality defects.
Product Condition Requirements: Returned goods must be kept unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original complete packaging, original labels, tags and all matching accessories intact. Products with obvious man-made damage, missing accessories or worn appearance will be rejected for return.
Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel unpaid orders freely before shipment. For paid but undelivered orders, free cancellation is available within 24 hours after payment. Orders shipped out cannot be cancelled directly and need to follow the standard return process after receiving goods.
3. Return Shipping Cost Rules
Free Return Shipping (Our Responsibility): We cover all return shipping fees if problems are caused by our side, including wrong item shipment, missing goods, product quality defects, damaged products during transit and inconsistent product description.
Customer-borne Return Shipping (Personal Reason): If customers return goods due to personal reasons including change of mind, incompatible size, dislike of style or unnecessary purchase, customers shall bear all return shipping costs and customs duties incurred during return transportation.
Return Address: Customers must send returned items to the official designated return address provided by our customer service. Returns sent to wrong addresses will not be processed, and we will not bear relevant losses.
4. Refund Processing Rules & Cycle
Refund Trigger Time: We will inspect returned goods within 2 working days after receiving and signing for the returned package. After confirming the goods meet return standards, we will initiate the refund procedure immediately.
Refund Method: All refunds will be returned to the original payment account used for order payment, and no third-party account transfer or cash refund is supported.
Refund Cycle: After refund initiation, funds will arrive in the customer’s account within 5-7 business days. The specific arrival time depends on the processing efficiency of banks, credit card companies or third-party payment platforms, and is beyond our control.
Partial Refund Support: For orders containing multiple goods, customers can apply for partial refund for single unqualified products without returning the whole order.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not covered by the 30-day hassle-free return or exchange policy and will not be accepted for unconditional returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Products marked “Final Sale” on the product detail page;
Goods damaged artificially after customer receiving the package.
